Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a training session. If a client cancels or reschedules a session with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be considered a "late cancel" and will be charged at the full rate.
If a client does not show up for a scheduled session, the session will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged at the full rate.
If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to an unforeseen emergency or illness, the session will not be considered a late cancel or no-show, but the client must provide documentation of the emergency or illness (e.g. a doctor's note).
Refunds will only be considered, but not guaranteed, for clients with proof of extenuating circumstances such as financial hardship or medical reasons.
Your individual financial responsibility in regard to service purchases is not the responsibility of Mike Yeo Boxing Coaching / MYBoxingCoaching. Refunds for remaining/unused sessions of personal training packs will not be provided.
