Although there will be group drills, there are always techniques for every boxer to work on. I like to give each boxer something to focus on; this builds individual skill levels and allows for the flow of the group to be maintained.

WHAT TO EXPECT

In group sessions, there will be footwork, technical boxing drills, defensive/offensive drills, combination drills & partner drills. All simulating what it will be like to be in a boxing match.

The best part about group sessions is that you can rely on your boxing teammates to teach and support you during the lessons. Don’t forget me, of course. I will break down each technique and guide you as your coach in and outside the ring.

But here's the kicker: it's not just about the physical gains. We're big on mental health too. That's why our training is all about creating a community of open, compassionate, and like-minded individuals.

We're here to support each other, lift each other up, and maybe share a few laughs along the way (because let's face it, burpees are much easier when you're giggling).
